We’ve carefully selected dishes that are representative of the Western African & Caribbean such as the flavorful Jollof rice, Spicy Nigerian Suya, Meat Pie, Moimoi, Puff-Puff, Ivorian Poisson Braise, Fufu+Soup [Egusi, Ogbono, Efo-Riro, Okra, Banga, Bitter leaf, Curry chicken/Goat/Shrimp/lamp, Jerk Chicken/Pork, Oxtail, Akara, Rice & Peas just to mention a few.
We also realize not all everyone may be as adventurous as others, so we also serve more traditional fare such as steaks and chops with interesting twists to please all types of palates. This mix of Afro-Caribbean cultures – combined with the area’s indigenous herbs, plants, fish and meats that makes our foods & drinks so flavorful and unique.
